MT - GFF  Gun Barrel Cleaner

MT - GFF is a  cleaning agents, which removes the copper residues effectively from any weapon barrel through a chemical reaction.

MT - GFF Functionality Test

To test the functionality of MT - GFF for removing copper, we coated some metal plates with copper. All copper coatings are completly dissolved after 45 - 60 minutes waiting time in the MT - GFF at the room temparature.  Changing of the liquid color into blue by the dissolved copper can be seen on the picture number 3.

 

   

 

MT - GFF Execution Procedure

 

1. Phase  : Weapons should be placed into washing machine. 

 

             

 

2. Phase : Heat until 60 - 70 ºC . MT - GFF begins to vapor. The vapor removes all copper residues in 60-90 minutes.

 

             

 

3. Phase  : After this time, clean the weapons barrel from last dissolved copper residues by using a gun cleaning rod and material

 

                 

 

 4. Phase  : After copper cleaning, execute the gunpowder and other residues cleaning by using MT - X Gun Barrel Cleaner Product. This procedure is explained at below.

 

MT - GFF  Gun Barrel Cleaner

MT - GFF is a  cleaning agents, which removes the gun powder and other residues effectively from any weapon barrel through a chemical reaction.

MT - X Uygulama Yöntemi 

 

1. Phase  :  Weapons which is passed through the  MT - GFF copper cleaning procedure, should be placed into washing machine.

 

             

 

2. Phase  :  Washing machine is filled with MT - X. This cleaning procedure doen't need heating. Weapons should be waited about 5 - 10 minutes.

 

                 

 

3. Phase  :  After 5 - 10 minutes, clean the weapons barrel from the dissolved residues by using a gun cleaning rod and material.

 

                  

 

4. Phase  : Dry the weapons and use MT - 10 Gun Protect Oil.
